These terms govern your use of Reminder Mailroom. By installing or buying it, you agree to them.

The product

Reminder Mailroom is a local mail-routing utility. You are responsible for the mailbox credentials, rules, archive address, and mail provider permissions you configure. Preview rules before forwarding and retain independent backups of accounting records.

Free and paid use

The free edition includes one sorting rule, manual processing, and audit export. Mailroom Plus is a US $29 one-time license for unlimited rules, automatic checks while the app is open, and v1 updates. It is licensed to one buyer for their own business devices.

Payment and refunds

Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record. Checkout, taxes, receipts, and refunds are handled there. A refunded or charged-back purchase revokes its license. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

No accounting advice

The app does not generate invoices, keep books, determine taxes, guarantee payment, or replace a legally required archive. You remain responsible for confirming that records reach the intended mailbox.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is” under the MIT License, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To that extent, Sociobot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.
